Through following the video you will get as good an impression as if we were doing it for you.
To ensure an accurate fit, we advise only using the mail order kit for a set of 3 teeth or less. This is because a grill of more than 3 teeth requires an in person fitting to ensure proper comfort and safety for your mouth!

Process.

Grillz of more than 3 teeth joined together might need a fitting session done in person at our studio in NYC.
We advise against buying large sets of joined tooth caps if you are working through mail. However, we can arrange a design session to discuss how to proceed or come up with alternative designs.
Step 1
Order our mould kit online HERE. Once your order is received we ship with Tracked USPS so you can monitor your parcel.
Step 2
Take your mould. Follow our instructional video sent to you by email. Watch it in full before you start the process.
Send us a photo of your first mould for quality check before doing the second one.
Step 3
Once quality is confirmed, ship your mould back to us with the filled out design form. Please use tracked shipping.
Step 4
We will contact you once we have received your mould and design form.
If you would like a one on one design consultation over video chat you will need to book in through the website.
If you want a simple design, that you have illustrated on the form we will simply contact you for payment. Once received and design confirmed, we will begin your piece!
Step 5
Production time varies based on design, it will take a minimum of 2 weeks. Once your piece is completed we will contact you to notify you and ensure we have the correct address.
Step 6
We ship your custom grill!
Please note that all shipping cost, duties and taxes are to be paid by the client.

Make sure the gumline is well defined in the mould.
Keep the mould in the plastic trays, do not take it out.
Closely follow the instructional video we send, read the instructions on the back of the box.

We can typically source any stone. Some available stones are: Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, Turquoise, Pearl, Amethyst, Tourmaline, Aquamarine, Jade, Peridot, Garnet, Amazonite, Chalcedony, Blue Onyx etc..
For Opals please note that some natural opals can lose their opalescence over time as they react to water, which is why synthetic is preferred to be used in the mouth or Australian opals.
